Shipping Options You can choose standard shipping depending on the items in your order and your location. Since your orders may be handed over to local carriers for the final stage of delivery, tracking information may not be available at all stages.

Shipping Address Ensure you provide the correct and current address for shipping and delivery. P.O. boxes can be used as your delivery address. However, certain items can only be delivered to physical addresses. Large items, valuables, perishables, age-restricted products, or items shipped by private carriers may require a physical address or signature confirmation for successful delivery. Merchandise partners may also indicate on product listings that they cannot ship products to P.O. boxes. Items cannot be delivered to areas with restricted security, such as military bases.

Time and Cost of Shipping

  1. After successfully paying for and confirming an order, you will see the estimated delivery time and the cost of shipping on the order confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation message indicating the estimated processing time for your order.

  2. The warehouse may take between 1 and 2 days to process your order. You will receive a message once your order has been shipped.

  3. You will receive a shipping notification message that will indicate the estimated delivery time of each package after it has been shipped. We will also provide you with the tracking number when it is ready. You can check the estimated delivery time for each package in your package history at the same time.

  4. In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated delivery time. However, the actual delivery date may vary depending on flights, weather conditions, and other external factors. Refer to the tracking information to get the most up-to-date delivery date.

Delivery Issues If your package has not been delivered or if your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, contact our customer service immediately and within 14 days of the purchase date.
