1. About These Sales Conditions

These Sales Conditions apply to all orders and purchases made through the Shopylife website and/or mobile applications. We recommend checking this page periodically for any changes, as they are binding.

As a user of the Shopylife website and/or mobile applications, you acknowledge that you have the legal capacity to commit and purchase our products and services. Our website and applications are intended exclusively for end consumers, and any professional resale or distribution activity of the products is prohibited.

The acceptance of any products or services through the Shopylife website implies acceptance of our General Sales and Usage Conditions, and, where applicable, any Special Conditions related to the purchase of products.

2. Your Account

To purchase products on the Shopylife website, you must register. Only users over 18 years old may register. Registration is free, and you simply need to fill out the corresponding form and accept the terms provided during the purchase process.

By creating an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, as well as limiting access to your account.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities and purchases made through your account, unless they are made by an unauthorized third party who has accessed your account without your negligence.

3. Placing an Order

To place an order for products, you must:

  • Read and accept the Sales Conditions.
  • Provide your name, address, telephone number, email, payment details, and any other legally required information to process your order.
  • Provide a valid delivery address in Portugal.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
  • Be the owner or authorized holder of a valid debit/credit card or Paypal account.

You can place an order as a registered customer or as a guest. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct before finalizing the order, as it may not be possible to change it later.

4. Order Preparation and Contract Formalization

After placing your order(s), we will send you an email confirming receipt. Some orders may not be accepted for various reasons, such as price errors or lack of stock. If your order is not accepted, any payment made will be fully refunded.

5. Prices, Shipping and Handling, Taxes, and Other Charges

The price charged for a product will be as indicated at the time of the order and confirmed in subsequent communications. Prices include VAT and other applicable taxes but do not include shipping and handling charges, which will be clearly indicated before completing the order.

Prices and shipping charges may be changed at any time, but such changes generally will not affect confirmed orders unless there is a manifest price error.

6. Payment

Payment will be made using one of the methods selected during the checkout process (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and PayPal).

Credit or Debit Card You can enter your payment details when placing your order using a valid credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, and MasterCard). Shopylife reserves the right to verify the validity of the card, the credit status in relation to the order amount, and whether the address of the buyer is correct. We may refuse orders based on the outcome of these checks. Please note that any applicable bank charges will be borne by you.

Klarna When paying with Klarna, you can split your order into three interest-free installments by subscribing to the financing offered by Klarna Bank AB (publ), located at Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, a Swedish bank registered in the Swedish Commercial Register under number 556737-0431. Our partner Klarna offers financing solutions that allow you to pay in three (3) interest-free installments or without any additional costs for any order with a total value between THIRTY-FIVE EUROS (€35) and ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EUROS (€1500) on the Shopylife website, according to the conditions and eligibility criteria set by Klarna. To take advantage of these options, select and click on the Klarna box in the list of proposed payment methods before confirming your order on "Shopylife", and you will be redirected to Klarna's website to complete your financing request directly with Klarna, according to the conditions and criteria defined by Klarna. Promotional Voucher/Discount Code You may choose to pay using a voucher or a promotional code by entering the code in the "promotional code" section during the checkout process. We will automatically deduct the corresponding amount of the voucher or promotional code from the total amount of your purchase. If the funds from the voucher or promotional code are not sufficient to cover the total amount of your purchase, you may choose any of the aforementioned payment methods to complete the process.

For most payment methods, the payment of your order, including all applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other charges, will be debited from your card or payment service after Shopylife has sent you the Shipping Confirmation.

In the case of payment with a credit or debit card, the card details sent when placing the order are protected and are sent directly to the financial entity managing the payments. The payment is carried out directly on a secure server, with SSL encryption to ensure the absolute security of the transactions. We cannot access credit or debit card details, nor can they be accessed by third parties, either at the time of the order or subsequently. To ensure the security and functionality of payments made with cards, we provide the Adyen N.V. virtual POS payment solution. Therefore, on your credit or debit card statements, you will find the payment made with the reference "Adyen NV or Adyen NV Shopylife."

The information you provide for the purposes of this section will be used exclusively to complete the sales process and refund procedures in case of cancellation of your order in whole or in part, as necessary under these Sales Conditions.
